We’re looking for an experienced CRM Product Manager to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and lead its evolution to support growth, engagement, and exceptional customer experience.
This is a key product leadership role, working at the intersection of technology, marketing, customer experience, and business development, with real impact across the organisation.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll be accountable for defining and delivering the vision, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
You will lead the CRM product lifecycle end‑to‑end — from discovery and design through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement — ensuring the platform is customer‑centric, data‑driven, and aligned to business strategy.
This is a hands‑on product role with strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership components.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the CRM (MS Dynamics) product roadmap
- Lead discovery, delivery, rollout, and continuous improvement
- Drive CRM adoption, training, and change management
- Translate business needs into user stories and value metrics
- Ensure compliance with risk, data, privacy, and security requirements
About You
- Experience as a Product Manager in a CRM‑focused role
- Background in financial services, mortgage, or fintech environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Data‑driven mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in agile, fast‑moving environments
Desirable: Product, Agile, or change management certification; experience driving large‑scale user adoption.
Additional requirements: National Police Check; occasional after‑hours work for system deployments.
