What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers trust. You will:
- Help customers manage their accounts and resolve everyday banking enquiries
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment with ongoing support and training
- Use your growing knowledge of products and services to recommend solutions that suit each customer’s needs
