- Welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their needs
- Open new accounts and guide customers through products and services suited to their goals
- Guide customers through our digital banking tools, helping them feel safe and empowered
- Keep customer details accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams for lending, insurance and other financial solutions
- Work toward clear performance targets
- Learn the essentials of banking while building strong, genuine relationships
- Grow your skills through ongoing training and development
