About the Role
Joining a small, supportive compliance team, this role provides a strong foundation to develop your compliance expertise. You'll gain hands-on experience across key compliance activities, with opportunities for growth and career progression within the team.
Key responsibilities as Compliance Office will include:
• Monitoring compliance activities and assisting in regulatory assessments.
• Providing guidance to business units to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Identifying and reporting compliance risks.
• Supporting continuous improvement and risk awareness across the organisation.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
• Knowledge of ADI compliance, risk, or regulatory environments.
• Strong computer skills, confident using Microsoft Office and Compliance Management Systems.
• Integrity, discretion, and sound judgement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who supports a strong compliance culture.
