We are seeking 2 Customer Advisors to join our Wingham branch!

Job Description

Customer Advisor   

  • Located in Wingham, NSW  
  • 2 x Part time, continuing positions
  • $29.5 per hour + superannuation + Leave Loading  
  • Applicants must currently hold permanent work rights for Australia  

 

Regional Australia Bank (RAB) are seeking two motivated and friendly Customer Advisors to join our Wingham branch.  

In this role working Monday to Friday totalling 33.5 hours per fortnight, you will learn the fundamentals of banking whilst developing trusted customer relationships. The role of Customer Advisor is well suited to those who thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience and who want to connect and add value in the local community.   

As part of their training, during the first month of employment, the successful applicant may be required to travel to our branch in Port Macquarie & Armidale Head Office where their colleagues will support them to learn the role.

About You 

You do not need to have previous experience in banking to be successful in this role, but you are willing to put the customer first and want to ensure the provision of excellent service with a genuine desire to understand and support customers with their financial needs.   

You will also have great attention to detail, an ability to interact and communicate effectively with others, and sound numeracy and literacy skills. Add to that the ability to work well within a team yet work independently when required and you may well be our next customer advisor!
