Regional Australia Bank is looking for a proactive DevSecOps Engineer to help uplift our development practices by embedding security, automation, and resilience into every step of the delivery lifecycle. Job Description

About the Role:
•    design and support secure, automated, and scalable software delivery pipelines aligned with best practices.
•    Enable development teams by embedding security, automation, and performance across the SDLC.
•    Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure environments to support platform scalability and resilience.
•    Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and integrate security into each stage of deployment.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery speed while reducing operational and security risk.
•    Champion secure coding and deployment practices in line with regulatory and compliance standards.

About You:
•    Proven experience in DevSecOps practices with a strong focus on secure software development in regulated environments.
•    Demonstrated expertise in Azure Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
•    Strong scripting and automation capabilities with security-first thinking.
•    Effective collaborator with a passion for enabling development teams and uplifting delivery practices.
