About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning data into insights and insights into action. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and collaborate with colleagues in Business Intelligence, Customer Experience, and Digital to help shape products that put our customers first.
Your day will include:
Analysing product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends
Supporting product lifecycle activities, from enhancements to new innovations
Providing insights and reports that inform decisions at all levels
Engaging with stakeholders across the business and external partners
Helping to evolve retail and digital products that support regional Australians

About you
You’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the ongoing evolution of retail and digital products. You enjoy helping shape solutions that enhance the customer experience, and while experience in banking or financial services is a plus, your curiosity, initiative, and ability to navigate a dynamic environment are what will make you successful.
