What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear. You’ll:
- Help people manage their accounts and solve everyday banking questions
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with plenty of support
- Use your products and services knowledge to recommend products appropriate to the individual needs of the customer
What We’re Looking For
- Great phone communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone
- A calm, logical approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and grow, be self-motivated and independent
- A reliable team player who’s ready to make a difference
- Willingness to work on Fridays as one of your rostered days
