Customer Advisor

Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in your local community? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our Tea Gardens team. We have two roles available.

📍 Location: Tea Gardens, NSW

Role 1

Hours: Monday 9:45am-3:15pm, Tuesday 8:45am-3:15pm, Thursday 9:45am-3:15pm and Friday 1:15pm-5:15pm

Role 2

Hours: Tuesday 8:45am-3:15pm, Wednesday 9:45am-3:15pm and Friday 9:45am-5:15pm

💰 Pay: $30 per hour + superannuation + leave loading

✅ Eligibility: You must have the right to work in Australia

🕒 Training Period: You will be required to work every day from 9:45am to 3:15pm for the first four (4) weeks to help you settle in and get up to speed.

What Your Day Might Look Like

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers rely on. You’ll:

•            Help customers find the right banking products and services to suit their needs

•            Assist with opening accounts and everyday banking transactions

•            Show customers how to use our digital banking tools to make banking easier and safer

•            Keep customer details accurate and up to date

•            Learn the basics of banking while building strong relationships with our customers

•            Take part in training and development to grow your skills and career

About You

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and providing great service. You don’t need banking experience – just a genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.

We’re looking for someone who:

•            Has great attention to detail

•            Communicates clearly and confidently

•            Enjoys working as part of a team

•            Has solid numeracy and literacy skills and ability to learn new systems

•            Wants to make a positive impact in their community
